    "Comin' off select makin' you press rewind, so..." I think should be:

    "Comin' correct makin' you press rewind, so"

    For those of you who were around listening to Rap in the late 80's & early 90's "Come Correct" was a popular lyric. Run D.M.C. used it in "King of Rock" as an example. Urban Dictionary defines it as "doing something properly" which makes more sense than "Comin' off select".

    I'm am the ORIGINAL poster of the lyrics of this song. Everybody who's getting pissed off, saying 'fuck you' to the people who say "this isn't sublime", please listen:

    About 1 year ago, if you looked up the lyrics to "At it Again" you couldn't find shit- this was the only site to have the supposed lyrics to "At it again"

    Well guess what! They were not the lyrics to the song- they were to some gay ass song, and IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT SUBLIME. That's why a lot of people in earlier posts say 'This isn't sublime'.

    When I saw this, I was pretty pissed off, and surprised nobody tried to figure out the lyrics yet, so I DID. If you look at previous versions of the lyrics, I was the guy who tried to decipher all the shit Bradley was saying- I know it wasn't perfect, but it was better than nothing!

    So, now returning to this site a year later, I see a big 'controversy' has ensued. Please note, that anybody who said "this isn't sublime!" before October 16th, 2008 were actually telling the truth! (Like I said before, the lyrics they had up did not even match this song).

    AND ANOTHER THING- Whatever fucking crackhead who went on there computer and put ONLY TWO paragraphs in place of the previous better versions should put my fucking lyrics back up where they belong! Once again, they weren't perfect, but at least they were complete.

    'nuff said.

    Oh, and, Austin is right. A lot of people don't know it but there are A LOT of Sublime songs that are covers or have lyrics of other artist's songs in it. But he makes it his own, so I love it.
    Like, "Saw Red" is a cover and "54 46" is a cover.
    And "steppin razor." and a lot more that I don't feel like naming. haha. But I'm about to go check out that Rewind Selector thing. Sounds good.
    Oh, and I am going to go see Badfish tomorrow night. I'm stoked.

    This song is on it. It's a freestyle. One of the many sick freestyles. Stop listening to "What I got" and "smoke two joints" (They're great song, like all the Sublime songs), but there are WAY more GREAT songs out there. Idiots.

    There's this website called the Rewind Selector, and they also have a MySpace, and it's a big compilation of Sublime songs that contain samples/riffs/lyrics/ or are partial covers in them, and it mashes the Sublime song with the original version. I can't remember if I heard it on the Rewind Selector or somewhere else, but there's an older reggae song called "Kola Colloca" or something to that effect, and that's what Bradley's singing around that part of the song. What a lot of people don't realize is that a lot of Sublime songs are at least a partial cover of other songs, but as realized by Bradley.

    This is a Sublime song. It is on their box set. It is called At It Again. If you guys were real sublime fans you would have Everything Under The Sun and stop thinking you know everything about the Long Beach locals.

    However, the lyrics "They're the type of jealous motherfuckers that I hate," is really "they're the type of stoopid mother fuckers that i hate." another lyric that's wrong is "Where the beat comes up and down," "where the beats run up and down" and another lyric yet again wrong is "no need to brag no need to vote" it actually says "Oh you don't need to brag, you don't need to boast." Next time you rag on someone for not being a sublime fan, check your sources first dumb asses.
