Change lyrics
I watched you change
Into a fly
I looked away
You were on fire
I watched a change in you
It’s like you never had wings
Now you feel so alive
I’ve watched you change
I took you home
Set you on the glass
I pulled off your wings
Then I laughed
I watched a change in you
It’s like you never had wings
Now you feel so alive
I’ve watched you change
It’s like you never had wings
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
I look at the cross
Then I look away
Give you the gun
Blow me away
I watched a change in you
It’s like you never had wings
Now you feel so alive
I’ve watched you change
And you feel alive
You feel alive
You feel alive
I’ve watched you change
It’s like you never had wings
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
Ahh-ah-aaah
You change
You change
You change
I'm over

yes, Lena, you're absolutely right! There's a passion, there's pain inside, it's in the melody, and words make double effect, they make me think about things and these scars I've got in my own life.

There is a definate pain in his lyrics, and in his tone when you actually hear the song. I haven't always been able to identify with Chino's lyrics but he sings with passion and he really makes me believe his "story." Also, the melody is beautiful. Don't rely on just the words, because you need to hear it to fully appreciate it.
